Pull up to Boulder City Elks Lodge #1682 at 1217 Boulder City Pkwy and you immediately understand why members call it one of the best in the country. The facility is genuinely large, with space for events, dining, and socializing that most lodges simply cannot match. Rated 4.7 stars across 157 reviews, this is not a sleepy civic hall. It is an active, welcoming gathering place where the handshakes are real and the calendar stays full.

What sets Lodge #1682 apart is the combination of scale and warmth. Travelers rolling through southern Nevada on RV trips have made it a must-stop destination, and locals know it as the kind of place where you walk in a stranger and leave with plans for next weekend. The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks has been serving American communities since 1868, and this Boulder City chapter carries that tradition forward with events, charitable giving, and a membership that genuinely looks out for one another.

Situated just a short drive from Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, the lodge draws both long-time residents and cross-country travelers who discover it and cannot quite bring themselves to leave. That mix of locals and visitors gives the place an energy you rarely find at a fraternal organization of any size.

What We Offer

The lodge offers a full-service bar and dining room serving food and beverages that members consistently rave about. Grab a seat, order something hot, and you will quickly see why regulars make this a weekly ritual rather than an occasional stop.

The RV park is the crown jewel for traveling Elks members. Managed by the beloved camp host known as RV Deb, the hookups are clean, the layout is generous, and the rates reflect the lodge's commitment to its members over profit. Reviewers regularly call it the best RV setup they have encountered at any lodge in the country. Short stays and extended visits are both welcome.

Beyond the bar and the RV park, Lodge #1682 hosts a rotating schedule of member events throughout the year, from holiday celebrations to fundraisers that benefit local Boulder City causes. The lodge also provides a comfortable space for private gatherings, Elks rituals, and community meetings. Membership is open to U.S. citizens who believe in God, and prospective members are encouraged to reach out through the lodge's website at bouldercityelks1682.org.

"It was a lot of fun looking around this joint. I had one of those heart screenings done here. I think it's cool that they open their space up and let the community come in. It's genius that they have a nice little RV park out back where people comfortably set up prior to trips to all the awesome sites south of Nevada. The inside of this joint is just how u might expect. It's basically like a very comfortable man cave. There are dart boards, tons of games to play with, a bunch of elks memorabilia, pictures of pledges from good old times past all over the wall. My absolute favorite thing is the elk in this video. He gives you all sorts of great life advice and spiritual ideas for self-improvement when you push his button. A very cool old retro environment. Like a little museum of nostalgia. It seems like it should be creepy, but it's not because it's well lit with Sunshine flooding through the south-facing windows. They also have a well-stocked bar. I had a very pleasant visit here."
